Additional Non-Major Requirements:

Foreign language

Six hours of a single, college-level, non-artificial second language or the equivalent. The equivalent includes three years of high school foreign language with a "B" or better average in the third year, passing a CLEP test, or passing a proficiency test administered by A&M-CC.

Computer literacy

This requirement can be fulfilled by passing an A&M-CC computer literacy test or by transfer of either ITSC 1301

Introduction to Data Processing or both COSC 1301 Computer Concepts and ITSC 1309 Integrated Software Applications I.

(Students are advised to transfer a total of no more than 70 lower-division semester hours from Del Mar. A&M-Corpus Christi requires a minimum of 124 credit hours for a bachelor's degree, 45 hours of which must be in upper-division courses.)
